Once a refund is approved, the process may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your original payment method. All valid refund requests must be directed to our customer support team before initiating any external complaint or dispute with banks or third-party platforms.

The maximum refund amount is capped at 90 percent of the original payment. The remaining 10 percent accounts for transaction fees and administrative processing.
