We respect our clients’ decisions and provide the option to cancel an order under specific conditions. However, since our writers and experts begin working on tasks immediately after the order is confirmed, certain service costs are incurred.

If a customer chooses to withdraw their order due to a personal decision or change of preference, only 50 percent of the total payment will be eligible for return. This deduction accounts for the early stage work, communication, and resources already allocated to the order.

- Once an order is cancelled and refund is approved the process may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in the original payment method
- Orders cancelled by clients due to lack of time or personal issues after significant progress has been made will not qualify for full refunds
- Any abusive or threatening behavior toward staff will lead to permanent account suspension without eligibility for refunds or services
